got Mr. Newbolt to send over the letter from

the Crown Agents of which he had recently heard,

bearing on the marriage question. The letter

is No. 3 in file 30185 flagged below, It would

appear that paragraph 8 (4) cithis draft will

have to be amended, possibly the revised paragraph

which I have drafted and enclose would do.

I refer this to you direct in order to save a

certain amount of time as so many different

people were concerned in the original draft.
